Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChargeStreak ("we", "us", "the Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ChargeStreak helps Tesla drivers track which Superchargers they have visited by syncing charging history from the Tesla Fleet API, and offers maps, badges, route planning, and vehicle controls (climate, doors, windows, seat heating).

ChargeStreak is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla", "Supercharger", and related marks belong to Tesla, Inc.

2. Eligibility

To use the authenticated Service you must:

  • Own or be authorised to use the Tesla account you sign in with.
  • Be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • Not share your account with others or sign in on behalf of someone without their permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service.
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to abuse the Service, including flooding vehicle commands, the Telegram interface, or demo mode.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except where this is permitted by law.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Vehicle commands

The Service lets you send commands to your vehicle, including climate, doors, windows, and seat heating.

  • You are responsible for every command sent from your account, including commands that affect your vehicle's physical state.
  • Only send commands when it is safe and legal to do so, and when you are aware of your vehicle's surroundings.
  • Commands depend on the Tesla Fleet API and your vehicle's connectivity. We cannot guarantee that a command will be delivered, executed, or executed in time.

5. Demo mode and authenticated accounts

Demo mode uses synthetic data so you can explore the Service without a Tesla account. Demo data is illustrative only, may be reset at any time, and is not personal to you.

An authenticated account syncs your real Tesla data. Even so, the accuracy and completeness of synced data is not guaranteed (see sections 6 and 7).

6. Service availability and limitations

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Uptime is not guaranteed, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

The Service depends on third-party providers, including the Tesla Fleet API, Mapbox, and Convex. Outages, changes, or errors in these providers may affect the Service, and are outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • Charging session data, costs, or energy figures are accurate or complete.
  • Badge calculations, statistics, or personal records are accurate.
  • Route planning, distances, or reachability estimates are accurate or suitable for navigation.
  • Vehicle state data is current or correct.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to your vehicle, battery wear, or any consequence of vehicle commands sent from the app.
  • Loss of data, charging history, or missed charging opportunities.
  • Reliance on inaccurate charging, badge, route, or vehicle-state data.
  • Failures, outages, or errors of third-party providers (Tesla Fleet API, Mapbox, Convex, and others).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service's code, design, branding, and content belong to Augum Holding AS. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms the Service, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your account and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the version number and "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo tingrett as the legal venue.
